## Background
Three years of experience, interviewing for a Java-based engineering role.

## Round-by-round

### 1. Online assessment
Conducted on the **AMCAT** platform. Clearing it required scoring at least **65%**.

### 2. Technical round 1
**Java**, **Spring Boot** and **microservices**, with a mix of coding tasks and scenario-based questions rather than pure theory.

### 3. Technical round 2
Same vein, going deeper into **SQL** and **AWS** — again combining hands-on coding with practical, scenario-driven questions.

### 4. Client round
Shifted focus entirely to my previous project experience, with the client wanting a detailed understanding of the work I'd actually done.
