## Background
Three stages overall, and honestly the whole thing moved faster than I expected once I got into it.
## Round-by-round
### 1. Online assessment
**90 MCQs** covering basic computer knowledge and general problem-solving — nothing too specialised, more a test of overall aptitude. Then two **coding questions**, which I could solve in whichever language I was most comfortable with.
### 2. Communication round
Different from a typical technical assessment. It tested spoken communication through reading passages aloud, listening-and-repeating tasks, and a short **storytelling exercise** based on a topic shown on screen. Less an "interview" than a structured communication check.
### 3. Interview round
Surprisingly brief — just **4–5 minutes**. My background, the project I was most proud of, and since it was relevant to my profile, a few **machine learning** concepts. The interviewer also asked about previous job offers I'd had, which I answered honestly.
## Verdict
**Selected** — the letter of intent arrived within 10 days, with a one-week window to accept.
