Three stages overall, and honestly the whole thing moved faster than I expected once I got into it.
90 MCQs covering basic computer knowledge and general problem-solving — nothing too specialised, more a test of overall aptitude. Then two coding questions, which I could solve in whichever language I was most comfortable with.
Different from a typical technical assessment. It tested spoken communication through reading passages aloud, listening-and-repeating tasks, and a short storytelling exercise based on a topic shown on screen. Less an "interview" than a structured communication check.
Surprisingly brief — just 4–5 minutes. My background, the project I was most proud of, and since it was relevant to my profile, a few machine learning concepts. The interviewer also asked about previous job offers I'd had, which I answered honestly.
Selected — the letter of intent arrived within 10 days, with a one-week window to accept.
