Round-by-round

Round 1 — Machine coding

Submitting a fully functional Java application rather than solving an isolated problem.

Round 2 — Explanation / code review

Walking the interviewer through the code I'd submitted in the machine coding round, and being ready to modify or extend it on the spot based on their questions.

Round 3 — DSA

Two to three algorithmic problems covering linked lists, binary search and graphs.

Round 4 — Hiring manager

A blend of past projects, deeper technical questions and behavioural questions.
