Round-by-round

Round 1 — Resume & DSA

A resume walkthrough plus a coding problem. The problem was math-heavy; solving it efficiently needed binary search with the Sieve of Eratosthenes, plus further optimisation.

Round 2 — Low-level design

Design the architecture for a streaming service. Getting to an efficient design came down to using HashMaps and HashSets in the right places.

Round 3 — Bar Raiser

The toughest round — managerial, entirely around Amazon's Leadership Principles. It works as a checkpoint on whether you'd genuinely raise the bar versus the existing team, not just be an acceptable hire.
