Online assessment

Several distinct parts: three coding problems (two medium, one hard) across dynamic programming, strings and graphs; a work-style section with situational logic and data-interpretation questions; a debugging exercise working through logs to find the underlying issue; and a slider-based psychometric behavioural section.

Round-by-round

Round 1 — DSA

An LRU cache design problem (medium) plus a binary search question.

Round 2 — DSA

A step up: a hard binary tree problem paired with a graph BFS question, with time and space complexity expected for both.

Round 3 — Behavioural (with an SDM)

Entirely focused on the Leadership Principles. I'd prepared seven or eight personal stories covering challenges, handling feedback and taking ownership — having them ready made a real difference.

Verdict

Offer within 5–6 days of the final round. Selected.
