3.3 years of experience, interviewing for a Java Developer role. Two rounds.
Fundamentals in good depth:
throw vs throwsmap vs flatMapShifted to the framework side: @Controller vs @RestController, CORS and why it matters in API design, and @PathVariable vs @RequestParam. On the Hibernate side — ORM concepts, eager vs lazy fetching, and get() vs load(). It closed with a brief, high-level discussion on microservices architecture and a few HR questions at the end.
