With an engineering manager, and much deeper technically: Singleton design patterns, Dependency Injection, Kotlin Multiplatform Mobile (KMM), and a detailed discussion of specific projects on my resume.

Round 3

More conversational — cultural fit, and how genuinely interested I was in working in a startup-like environment.
